My friend is dying. She has Alzheimer’s and just got put into hospice.

My heart hurts today.

I went to visit her and I couldn’t think of anything else to do except read the Bible, so I read Genesis and started the Gospel of Luke.

I’m so grateful for all the years she was my friend and one day I’ll write all about her but not today.

Today I’m just sad.
